Shipping Policy
Items delivered to vessel should be inspected upon delivery. Questions or concerns regarding deliveries can be addressed with delivery representative or by contacting our office by phone at 631.729.0402 or by email at office@coastallogisticsandsupply.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Perishable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Purchaser or a representative must be available to receive perishable deliveries. If purchaser is not available to receive deliveries, arrangements my be made ahead of time to leave with a receptionist or receiving office.
Returns and exchanges for ship's supplies are evaluated on a case by case basis and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
